1. Acceptance of Universal Terms
By creating an account, deploying our software, or accessing the OriginGo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between your organization and OriginGo Solutions. If you are accepting on behalf of an enterprise, cooperative, or federation, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Description & Availability
OriginGo provides enterprise software solutions designed for operational recordkeeping, inventory custody, and collective workflow management. We maintain high-availability cloud infrastructure with encrypted transport, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during major external telecom or upstream provider disruptions.
3. Technology Service Provider (TSP) Safe-Harbor
Platform access is governed by the enterprise agreement established with your organization. OriginGo operates strictly as a Technology Service Provider (TSP). OriginGo does not act as a financial institution, escrow agent, or money transmitter; all commercial trades, payments, and settlements occur strictly between subscriber organizations and their authorized banking partners.
4. Intellectual Property Protection
All software code, database architectures, platform designs, workflows, algorithms, user interfaces, and technical documentation are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of OriginGo Solutions. Subscribers retain full and exclusive ownership of their organizational operational data.
5. Governing Terms & Arbitration
These Universal Terms are governed by standard international commercial contracting standards. Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through executive administrative consultation or formal commercial arbitration.
