OriginGo Solutions ("OriginGo", "we", "our", or "us") operates enterprise software platforms, web consoles, and field workflows for agricultural collectives, cooperatives, and producer networks. This Privacy Policy governs the processing, retention, and protection of organizational and member data across all operating regions.
2. Strict Tenant Data Ownership Principle
The subscriber organization owns 100% of its data. All farmer rosters, plot land records, harvest weighments, quality inspection metrics, and settlement accounts belong exclusively to the subscribing collective. OriginGo functions strictly as a secure Data Processor. We maintain an absolute covenant: we do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or broker operational or commercial data to third-party advertisers, commodity speculators, or data brokers.
3. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Information Security
Subscriber records are segregated using dedicated multi-tenant scoping. All digital communications are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS), and access privileges are strictly role-governed based on organizational authorization.
4. Offline Device Caching & Edge Synchronization
To enable uninterrupted field operations in remote regions with intermittent cellular coverage, authorized client software temporarily stores encrypted records locally on provisioned devices until secure synchronization with cloud servers is achieved.

Jurisdiction Addendum Notice: This section supplements the Universal Global Baseline specifically for subscriber organizations, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and agricultural enterprises operating under the jurisdiction of the Republic of India.
1. Alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023
Under the DPDP Act 2023, the subscribing collective/FPO operates as the Data Fiduciary, and OriginGo operates strictly as a Data Processor on the Fiduciary’s instructions:
- Purpose Limitation: Member farmer data is processed solely for legitimate organizational activities, statutory register maintenance, and supply-chain logistics.
- Data Principal Rights: Member farmers may exercise rights of correction, access, or erasure through their respective registered collective’s administrative officer.
- Security Safeguards: In compliance with DPDP standards, appropriate technical safeguards prevent unauthorized access or accidental loss of member personal identifiers.
2. Farmer Producer Company Statutory Governance (Companies Act)
For Farmer Producer Companies incorporated under Part IXA of the Companies Act, OriginGo provides tamper-evident electronic audit logs designed to support mandatory register maintenance (member registers, share allotments, board meeting resolutions, and inward commodity ledgers) as required during statutory audits and registrar filings.
3. Banking & Financial Intermediary Compliance (PFMS / RBI Directives)
OriginGo functions strictly as a non-financial Technology Service Provider (TSP). The platform does not hold, pool, or custody farmer funds, and does not operate as an authorized payment aggregator or PPI issuer under RBI regulations. All payment files generated are executed directly between the subscribing collective and its designated scheduled commercial banking partner via authorized NEFT/RTGS/PFMS rails.
